Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase I will gladly give you a refund if the merchandise IS RETURNED within 10 days of receipt in it's original condition, or if we are notified within 10 days of receipt of any issues. We will NOT REFUND any purchase unless the merchandise is returned. Buyer pays for return shipping. Our policy is not unlike any other stores, Macy's, Nordstroms, Walmart, etc. You cannot buy something online or in person and simply call or email to express your dis-satisfaction with the item or if the item is defective and expect the store to give you a refund without returning the merchandise back to the store, right? We are no different. And on the same note, they don't refund your gas money to bring it back, but I will refund your full purchase, plus the regular shipping paid. Sorry, we will not refund any expedited shipping YOU requested. Also, I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about size, shapes, colors prior to purchase, just convo me before purchasing. :-)

****NO PRIORITY shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
If you need something overnight, we have a listing to upgrade to Express Overnight 1-2 days
If you would like insurance on domestic shipping, please contact me and I will send an updated invoice with additional shipping cost. it's usually about $6 for the first $50.00
**I WILL USE YOUR PAYPAL/BANK CARD BILLING ADDRESS TO SHIP ITEMS** Please ensure that your address is up to date on your Paypal accounts. We only ship to verified addresses. We are in Las Vegas, Nevada. Depending on location items take 1-7 days to arrive within the U.S.
